At Robins Landing, neighbors don’t just live side‑by‑side; they thrive together. Our community is thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming, uplifting environment where families can grow, connect, and feel supported every step of the way. Lush green spaces, walkable pathways, and exercise areas invite residents to enjoy the outdoors, while shared gathering areas make it easy to meet new friends and build lasting relationships. Safe play areas encourage children to explore with confidence, and the convenient access to nearby services helps make daily life a little easier.
Warm, vibrant, and community‑driven, Robins Landing is more than a place to call home; it’s a place where opportunity takes root and neighbors become friends.
Just beyond the green spaces and gathering spots, families at Robins Landing will also find learning opportunities that help children grow with confidence. The community is served by nearby Houston ISD schools and KIPP public charter schools, giving families access to strong academic options close to home. KIPP campuses, known for their college‑prep focus and 99% graduation rate, offer an encouraging environment where students of all ages can thrive.
Robins Landing continues to make steady progress. Section 1 is now complete, with 34 Houston Habitat families settled into their new homes and 39 families residing in partner builder homes. Construction has begun in Section 2, where 78 additional homes are planned. As the community grows, a new builder partner, Davidson Homes, has joined the project to support continued development. Houston Habitat remains committed to expanding safe, affordable homeownership and strengthening the Robins Landing community.
